Pre-Bid EMD shall be refunded to successful bidder on completion of work and NOC received from seller. The H1 bidder will have to pay applicable GST amount to concerned GST authorities under Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM). Successful bidder should demolish the buildings and lift the materials and remove the debris from the site with in 30 days on receipt of releasing order. |
